It contains the Puerto Rico Manufacturing - Purchasing Managers' Index (PRM-PMI) and its component indices: New Orders, Production, Employment, Supplier Deliveries, Inventories. In addition, it includes indices on customer Inventories, Prices paid for company inputs, the Reserve of uncompleted orders, and new Orders for export. These indices are derived from information collected electronically from the largest manufacturing companies in Puerto Rico. The estimate is based on a dissemination index methodology, similar to that used in other countries and other states of the United States for similar indices. This Survey is the result of a collaboration with the Puerto Rico Industrial Association.

The report shows the amount of monthly income and expenses that occur in correctional institutions by reason and institution.

It includes statistics on the number of suspected and confirmed cases of the dengue virus, chikungunya and Zika. It includes information on confirmed cases by municipality.

Life tables provide context on mortality patterns, their distribution by age and sex, and survival rates as well. Specifically, life tables are used to determine among other things, the statistical indicator of life expectancy at birth for an specific population in a jurisdiction, a fundamental metric to understand the state of a society.

La serie de datos estadísticos del Registro de Querellas de la Superintendencia Auxiliar de Responsabilidad Profesional (SARP) recopila y organiza informaciónrelacionada con las querellas administrativas recibidas y tramitadas por los Negociados que la conforman. El sistema permite generar información estadística que facilita conocer la cantidad, clasificación, distribución y características de las querellas recibidas, así como identificar tendencias y áreas que requieren atención administrativa, supervisión o análisis.    En cuanto a las variables de estudio están las siguientes:

It summarizes the changes from month to month for the eight groups. It includes definitions of terms, methodology and statistical tables.

It presents information extracted from the annual reports of insurers filed with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, an analysis of insurance carried out in Puerto Rico, and a demonstration of insurers authorized to contract insurance businesses in Puerto Rico, including address, date of authorization, classes of insurance contracted, funds, deposits for the benefit of policyholders in Puerto Rico, and how they have been invested.

Weekly statistics are presented on the number of Unemployment Insurance claims received by the Department of Labor and Human Resources. In addition, it includes data on how many beneficiaries are still receiving these benefits, among many other data on the operation of Unemployment Insurance in Puerto Rico and the states of the United States. Unemployment Insurance claims occur when a beneficiary employee ceases to be employed and goes to the offices of the Department of Labor and Human Resources to receive the benefits they are entitled to under the Unemployment Insurance program. Claims are recorded in a database and are provided to the U.S. Department of Labor who produces this statistical report.

Employment, hour and wage statistics for all industries are provided monthly in the form of text, tables and graphs, comparing the current month with the previous month and with the same month of the previous year. Data is provided at the island level and the eight metropolitan areas.

Puerto Rico employment and unemployment statistics, which come from the Worker Group Survey of the Department of Labor and Human Resources; and the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Current Employment Statistics. It includes the labor force, the unemployment rate, and wage employment by industrial sector.

It includes a monthly report and a tabulated database in total and by agency of the following variables:

1. Number of positions occupied at the end of the reference month, broken down by type of position (Career, Trust, Transitional, Irregular and Others) and by type of entity (Governor's Office, Departments and Agencies, Public Corporations, Judicial Branch, Legislative Branch, Municipalities, and others).
2. Monthly change in the number of positions held by type of position and by type of entity.
3. Total number of occupied positions for each government entity.
4. Number of positions with employees reported to the State Insurance Fund (available through December 2016).

The statistics presented in this report come from the Register of Occupied Positions and Related Information, created under Act No. 103-2006, known as the Puerto Rico Government Tax Reform Act of 2006. Every government entity is required to certify this information to the Comptroller's Office on a monthly basis. In those cases where the entity has not fulfilled its duty to certify its figures in a timely manner, the Statistics Institute makes a simple statistical attribution to the missing data to complete the statistics. Specifically, for positions held and for people reported to the State Insurance Fund, the last figure reported by the government entity is used. As of the seventh month without reporting, the figures are not counted and these agencies are identified in table 4 of the report. All figures are preliminary and are subject to revision.

It contains programs that influence and help to generate social housing (new construction, rent, rehabilitation, subsidy, etc.). It includes, as variables, municipalities, programs, number of units, costs and dates.

It presents the monthly movement of passengers and cargo broken down by airport and pier.

The report collects the average daily correctional population broken down by region, institution and levels of custody. In addition, it is grouped into summary and sentenced; female and young adults (16 to 21 years old).

The Puerto Rico Violent Death Notification System (PRVDRS) is an epidemiological surveillance system designed to obtain a complete census of violent deaths in Puerto Rico. The PRVDRS, affiliated with the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute, began participating in the National Violent Death Reporting System (NVDRS) in September 2016. The PRVDRS collects, analyzes and publishes information on all violent deaths in Puerto Rico. Violent deaths occur by suicide or homicide, deaths from injuries with unintentional firearms, by legal intervention (except the death penalty), and deaths with undetermined intent. The documentation of violent deaths is carried out through a collaboration agreement with the Institute of Forensic Sciences, Puerto Rico Police Negotiate and the Demographic Registry (Vital Statistics) of the Department of Health.

This report discloses the process of Implementing Affirmative Action Plans (PAA) and their Annual Progress Reports of agencies and municipalities in compliance with Act No. 212 of August 3, 1999.

The PAAs in reference are valid for 4 years, due to expire on June 30, 2021. Annual Progress Reports (AI) are part of the level of compliance with public policies of the PAA and are a tool for gathering information and measuring the level of compliance.

It presents the production and imports of three alcoholic beverages (Distilled Spirits, Beer and Wine) annually and monthly. In the case of Distilled Spirits, annual statistics include sales and exports.

Biannual report for each state and Puerto Rico that contains data related to the generation, management and final disposal of total hazardous waste that is regulated by the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA). In addition, totals are included for the first fifty (50) generation, management or final disposal facilities in each state and Puerto Rico.

Monthly report on the seismic activity of the Puerto Rico Seismic Network (RSPR) of the Department of Geology (UPR-Mayagüez). It includes the number of recorded earthquakes, their distribution by seismic regions and an epicentral map of the earthquakes. It also includes the depths of the epicenters and the quantities on the Richter Scale.

Report prepared by the Environmental Quality Board in compliance with the Federal Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2000 informing the public of the presence of high levels of pathogens in recreational coastal waters, which could endanger human health. In the case of Puerto Rico, the parameter used to evaluate water quality on beaches is the level of enterococci. If the level of enterococcus concentration for a beach exceeds the “Beach Action Value” of 70 colonies per 100 milliliters of water (colonies /100mL), authorities will be required to alert the public to the risk of the same.

This report presents the evaluation of water bodies in Puerto Rico, in compliance with Section 305 (b) and 303 (d) of the Federal Clean Water Act (CWA). For this evaluation, the data obtained from the monitoring networks that exist across the island are used. In places where there are no monitoring stations, the evaluation is made using inventories of potential sources of contamination, complaints received, events that occurred and the best professional judgment of the staff, among others. In addition, you will find all the water bodies with their respective evaluation, including potential sources of contamination and parameters that exceed standards depending on each case.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency collects information on the presence of six pollutants (Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Ozone, Sulfur Dioxide, and “Particulate Matter”) in the air through dozens of measurement stations in Puerto Rico. It includes data for Puerto Rico, for several municipalities and for several statistical areas. This data is disclosed through four sections:

1) Air Quality Statistics Report: Provides statistics on the maximum value of the presence of each pollutant at all measurement stations located in the geographical area for one year.

2) Monitor Values Report: Provides statistics on the maximum value of the presence of each contaminant at each measurement station for one year.

3) Air Quality Index Report: Provides the Air Quality Index, which is an aggregated indicator of air quality that takes into account the presence of the six pollutants.

Specifically, the Air Quality Index is the maximum value obtained among all the pollutants, in a specific place. This section provides summary data for the Air Quality Index, such as the number of days in the year when the Index was so high that it is considered “very unhealthy” for a specific geographical area, and the maximum value obtained from the Index during the year.4) Air Quality Index Daily Values Report: Provides the daily value of the Air Quality Index and its components for a specific geographical area.

Statistical data on incentive requests submitted and approved, before the Office of Business Incentives in Puerto Rico. In addition, all cases filed since 01/01/2020 are under the New Incentive Code or Law 60. The cases approved for the year 2020 are under previous laws.

It presents statistical estimates on the number of people aged 16 and over with physical or mental disabilities in Puerto Rico. They are presented by: type of impairment, gender, age, educational level, employees, the unemployed and outside the working group. The tables in the publication present the data corresponding to the study date.

Annual report of clients served by gender, admissions, readmissions, registrations by type of discharge, retention rate, completion rate and assets at the end of the period by treatment program and level of care.

It presents statistical estimates on the number of people who belong to a labor organization in Puerto Rico. They are presented by: gender, age, marital status, relationship with the head of household, education, type of employment, occupation and industries. The tables in the publication present the data corresponding to the study date. The first table shows the percentage of the number of people who belong to a labor union, comparing the result of the month and year of study with the result of studies carried out since 1970.

This report presents weekly statistics on the criminal incidence recorded by the San Sebastian Municipal Police.

It includes the month and amount of payment of property contributions.

This report provides data for the different tax categories, with their respective criteria. Data on the number of units by tax category and the collections for each of these are broken down, as well as aggregated data by fiscal year.

It presents financial and operational information on life and disability insurers, property and contingency insurers, and health service organizations operating on the Island. It includes the amount of premiums issued, benefits and commissions, insured surpluses, total assets, total liabilities, and others. The information presented is provided by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

The report includes a table that accounts for the income from the IVU received per month and for the funds to which these revenues are distributed (General Fund, Urgent Interest Fund, and Fund for Film Development). In addition, it includes a second table that breaks down the revenues of the IVU by industry (NAICS) of the business that collected the IVU

It includes annual revenue from taxes on petroleum products, such as crude oil, its derivatives, gasoline, fuel for planes and ships, diesel oil) and the tariff that is applied to each barrel of crude oil on a monthly basis.

It consists of two main components: the current account and the capital account. It presents historical data for the last 10 fiscal years. It is divided into three sections. The first includes 15 tables with the information that constitutes the Balance of Payments. The second consists of six tables with data that originate, derive or complement the Balance of Payments. The third contains graphs for a better analysis and visual understanding of the Balance of Payments.

Note: The JP has begun the process of transition to the 2008 System of National Accounts (SNA 2008), in accordance with the methodological criteria recommended by the United Nations Organization, the International Monetary Fund and the United States Bureau of Economic Analysis. For the updating of the National Accounts to a 2008 SCN level, the JP has chosen transactions between Puerto Rico and the rest of the world as a starting point. The 2018 Puerto Rico Balance of Payments and International Investment Position incorporates the provisions of the sixth edition of the Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (MBP6), which is consistent and was updated in parallel with the 2008 SCN. In addition, the JP includes, for the first time since the 1980s, estimates of direct investment in the amounts and movements of capital between Puerto Rico and abroad.

The report includes all active and operating public vehicle routes in Puerto Rico, the average number of vehicles operating daily, the average number of daily trips taken for each route, the average number of passengers per trip (on some routes) and the total number of passengers transported daily (on some routes).

Report that details the monthly number of entries and exits at each of the Urban Train stations.

The census of gas stations is based on information provided by station managers. The most recent census dates from December 2008.

The mall census is based on information provided by mall managers and store owners operating within shopping malls.

The State of Energy Situation report contains updated information focused on the four (4) axes of public energy policy. These are: energy conservation and efficiency; energy autonomy; efficient electrical service; and transportation. The data included in the report correspond to the calendar year prior to its publication.

Net income from agriculture is a measure of production that reflects the value added in the agricultural sector to raw materials obtained from other sectors, such as livestock feed, fertilizers, seeds, materials and other expenses.

It is a detailed report broken down by region, municipality and entity, where a breakdown of the rations served and the average daily rations are reported.

The Census of Agriculture is conducted every 5 years, in the years ending in 2 and 7, in collaboration with the Agricultural Extension Service of the University of Puerto Rico. The three main groups of tables presented in this report are: 1) Puerto Rico: Tables 1 to 21 provide statistics on the information collected for all farms. Most of the information presented in these tables is accompanied by historical data from the 2002 census. 2) Municipalities: Tables 22 to 76 provide detailed statistics by municipality. 3) Summary: Tables 77 to 82 show more detailed information about farms or the characteristics of the farmer. The information in these tables is classified by the farmer's tenure, type of organization, primary occupation and age of the farmer, size of the farm, market value of the agricultural products sold, and the type of farm. Inventories of animals, birds, machinery, equipment, buildings, facilities and the number of families of aggregates or sharecroppers reflect the quantities existing at the end of the year. Information on crops, sales of crops and animals, and on income, production expenses, employees, irrigation, total rope and tenure refer to the calendar year. Conducting the Census of Agriculture is a requirement under the “Agriculture Census Act of 1997,” Public Law 105-113 (Title 7, United States Code, Section 2204g).

A three-year statistical report that makes known to the public the level of commercial fishing that occurs in the territorial waters of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The DRNA collects data from the fishermen themselves, from the fishmongers and from the fishermen's associations. It is done as part of compliance with the PR Fisheries Act (Act No. 278 of 1998).

The report presents local production, imports, exports, quantity available for consumption, consumption per capita and the percentage of the availability of consumption.

The water balance is established considering the production of AAA minus the consumption authorized to calculate the losses. Authorized consumption includes the entire volume of water that was used with authorization from the AAA. This volume can be billed or unbilled, just as it can be measured or estimated. Authorized uses include water served to customers and water used for system maintenance, among others. Total water loss is composed of physical losses and business losses. Business losses include unauthorized uses, measurement inaccuracies, and data errors. Physical losses include tank leaks and overflows.

The Gross Agricultural Income report presents production, price and value data by agricultural line. Prices are an annual average at farm level. These data are obtained through about 15 agricultural surveys carried out by the office. These surveys are carried out by direct interview with the farmer.

It contains information on women in the Puerto Rican labor market. Summary of the findings obtained by Law Reports No. 11-2009 submitted to OPM by agencies and municipalities, during the calendar year 2020 and which provide information that demonstrates the activities carried out to comply with Law 11-2009, as amended.

The report presents a profile of those confined who were in correctional institutions in the country. It includes information such as gender, age, education, employment, sentence, recidivism, crime, etc.

The Economic Census is conducted every 5 years, in the years ending in 2 and 7. Your results aren't published all at once. It is being published in parts, as available: Manufacturing, Construction and Series by Geographic Area. It covers approximately 96% of the entire economy. To have a complete profile of the economy, it is necessary to complement it with the Census of Agriculture.

Expenditure by category on purchases worked by the ASG.

It includes statistics in tables and graphs provided by: 1) Special Investigations Negotiated: number of issues before its consideration, which can be converted into investigations. The investigations received and concluded, the persons accused and the charges filed are compared. It includes cases related to organized crime and drugs, public integrity and violation of civil rights, including the disappearance of children and protection of victims and witnesses, among others. 2) Office of the Attorney General: movement of cases on appeal in different forums. In civil cases, the forums may be: Circuit Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, Federal Circuit Court of Boston, and Supreme Court of the United States. In criminal cases, the forums are the Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Each one compares the number of cases received, those completed and whether they were won, lost or not filed. The Attorney General's report also contains cases referred to for the professional conduct of lawyers. Determinations can range from files, suspensions and even challenges. 3) Assistant Advisory Secretariat: opinions, proposals and legislative projects that are evaluated and commented on by the Department of Justice. In addition, it compares the number of requests for legal representation of officials sued in the exercise of their functions under Act No. 9. 4) Office of Monopolistic Affairs: data related to the movement of cases and complaints of possible monopolistic practices and violations of the closure law, as well as inquiries about the location of gas stations.

The report collects the average daily population of juvenile offenders in institutions, broken down by center and status.

It includes statistics in tables and graphs provided by: 1) the Office of the Attorney General for Juvenile Affairs: data disaggregated into 13 districts on the movement of cases and charges in the stages of criminal prosecution of minors (Movement of Investigations, Movement of Misdemeanors for Determination of Probable Cause, and Movement of Misdemeanors submitted to Adjunctive Hearing). The report presents breakdowns of the minors found incurred (guilty) in misdemeanors (crimes), by type of misdemeanor, age and sex. It also provides information on the number of minors in diversion programs. 2) Family Relations Offices: data on investigations for cases of maintenance and the establishment or modification of alimony, court appearances related to those cases, movement of ex-parte (non-contentious) and civil (adoption, declaration of incapacity, appointment of guardian, declaration of heirs, deprivation or waiver of parental authority, etc.), and movement of cases of child abuse.

The report includes the number of prisoners benefiting from alternative programs to confinement, as well as the reasons for their admission and dismissal, describes the proportion represented by each total group and the cases that remained active at the end of the month/year.

It presents data on people admitted to the program or mechanism that provides security and protection to witnesses and victims of criminal incidents and their respective families for as long as it is considered necessary. It presents tables and graphs.

The Report presents the number of members of the correctional population who were tested for controlled substances administered by the Institute of Forensic Sciences of Puerto Rico in correctional institutions, programs, number of positives, negatives, refusals and types of substances.

The report provides data on the movement of cases and charges in the 3 stages of the criminal process (Movement of Investigations, Movement of Preliminary Trial and Preliminary Hearing, and Movement of Indictments in the Superior Court) in the 13 district attorney's offices and 3 specialized divisions. The report provides breakdowns for certain crimes.

It presents statistics on the number of calls received, the number of incidents processed (both emergencies and non-emergencies), and the number of telephone transfers made to response agencies, during a fiscal year.

The report is divided into eight parts representing each of the divisions. Cases occur mostly in which the Government or its officials are sued, both in the state and in the federal forums, and in which the Government or its officials act as plaintiffs, these being cases of expropriation. All the information on the cases received and completed is detailed with their monetary amounts, favorable judgments, unfavorable judgments and those traded. The report also includes the collections that the Litigation Secretariat has been able to generate in cases of Criminal Bonds and Tax Matters. Tables and graphs are included.

The report collects the amount of income from domestic violence crimes in correctional institutions.

It includes information about the abused referrals, the destination of these referrals, the victims of abuse (on the basis), their managers and the perpetrators. This profile provides statistics that allow us to identify the main risk factors for child abuse, which in turn serve for the development of public policy and new alliances and prevention commitments between all sectors of the country. This publication was made in collaboration with the Department of the Family.

It provides statistical information on the victims and perpetrators of domestic violence murders in Puerto Rico (age, sex, victim-perpetrator relationship, children, time of separation); characteristics of the murder (place of occurrence, weapon used, day, month and time of occurrence, municipality and police area) and characteristics of the situation of abuse (current order of protection, previous incidents of domestic violence reported to the authorities, knowledge of family members and friends about the situation of abuse, who called the authorities, previous threats). A brief description of the events is provided.

It contains statistics on incidents of domestic violence reported by several agencies: the Puerto Rico Police, Department of Justice, Department of Corrections and Office of Court Administration. It includes characteristics of domestic violence incidents (victims by age and sex, place and area of occurrence, weapon used, type of crime, police area), protection orders requested and issued (by Judicial Region), movement of accusations for domestic violence (accusations presented and resolved by type of resolution) and confined persons (by socio-demographic characteristics and information on the crimes committed).

The statistical report provides a description of the violation committed by a citizen and the number of violations per period.

The report shows the number of members of the correctional population evaded monthly from correctional institutions or programs.

This report calculated the prevalence at birth for the period 2004-2008, 2007-2008 or only for the year 2008, of all congenital defects included in the Department of Health's Congenital Defects Surveillance and Prevention System, according to the year in which the defect was included. For those defects that have been monitored since 2003 or earlier, their trend was also graphed, based on annual prevalence at birth, from the year in which it was included to 2008. Then, the incidence rate for the period 2004-2009 was calculated for all the conditions monitored by Neonatal Metabolic Screening. Its trend was also graphed based on the annual incidence, from the year in which it was included to 2009.

It provides the prevalence of several health conditions in the population aged 18 and over, such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, myocardial infarction, cholesterol; statistics on behavioral risk factors, such as fruit consumption, physical activity, tobacco use, weight, access to health services and health plans; and other demographic variables, such as age, sex, education and race. The data is collected through a telephone household survey.
