This report discloses the process of Implementing Affirmative Action Plans (PAA) and their Annual Progress Reports of agencies and municipalities in compliance with Act No. 212 of August 3, 1999.
The PAAs in reference are valid for 4 years, due to expire on June 30, 2021. Annual Progress Reports (AI) are part of the level of compliance with public policies of the PAA and are a tool for gathering information and measuring the level of compliance.
Document with Article 3.- Committee on Women's Affairs, Office of the Governor; Functions of the Act to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity by Gender Act No. 212 of August 3, 1999, this report is submitted to the Governor of Puerto Rico to describe the scope of the Act and the achievements made in its implementation through the Affirmative Action Division of the Office of the Women's Attorney.
