Dr. Javier Hernández Acosta
President
Professional with training in management and business development (MBA and PhD), president of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Statistics, dean of Sacred Heart and founder of initiatives such as Cultural Investment and the Center for Creative Economy.
Sr. Leslie Adames López
Vice President
Economist with master's degrees from UPR and the University of Connecticut, vice-president of the Board and director of Economic Analysis and Policy in Technical Studies, with extensive experience in economic evaluation and public policies.
Prof. Francisco E. Martínez Aponte
Secretary
Economist with degrees graduated from UPR and the University of Pennsylvania, Secretary of the Board and retired professor, recognized for his academic career and his work in regional economic systems.
Lcdo. Enrique Guzmán Matos
Board Member
Representative of the Financial Advisory Authority and Tax Agency of Puerto Rico, lawyer with solid experience in fiscal matters and in the financial evaluation of the government.
Lcdo. Gregorio J. Igartua Arbona
Board Member
Lawyer with training in accounting, Juris Doctor and master's degree in international and comparative law from The George Washington University, with a professional practice at Igartua Law Offices.
Sr. José L. Rivera Rivera
Board Member
Economist with three master's degrees in economics and administration, current chief economist and director of Strategy and Business Intelligence at the DDEC and former president of the Puerto Rico Association of Economists.
Sr. Juan C. Ruiz Pinzón
Board Member
Specialist in public policy with studies in political science, legislative matters and law, working as a special assistant in La Fortaleza.
Dra. Eileen V. Segarra Alméstica
Board Member
Economist with a doctorate from the University of California at Berkeley and professor at UPR, researcher in social and economic issues and director of the Public Education Observatory in Puerto Rico.
