It is a detailed report broken down by region, municipality and entity, where a breakdown of the rations served and the average daily rations are reported.

Objective:

Keep a count or monitor of the students who attend the dining room and receive a food service, audit any irregularities in the data provided and keep a record of the demand for rations.

The main variables are breakfast, lunch and snacks.
