The report is divided into eight parts representing each of the divisions. Cases occur mostly in which the Government or its officials are sued, both in the state and in the federal forums, and in which the Government or its officials act as plaintiffs, these being cases of expropriation. All the information on the cases received and completed is detailed with their monetary amounts, favorable judgments, unfavorable judgments and those traded. The report also includes the collections that the Litigation Secretariat has been able to generate in cases of Criminal Bonds and Tax Matters. Tables and graphs are included.
Present the movement of cases of the Auxiliary Litigation Secretariat of each of its divisions to measure the productivity of the divisions attached to the Secretariat by means of the relationship between cases received and resolved, as well as the monetary amounts they represent.
