The Company will establish and maintain a record of the authorizations it grants and in which it indicates those that have been canceled or suspended. Any authorization from the Company will be subject to administrative action of suspension or cancellation in the event that the establishment does not comply with current regulations or that it voluntarily desists from participating in the Paradores Program.
