Description:

Biannual report for each state and Puerto Rico that contains data related to the generation, management and final disposal of total hazardous waste that is regulated by the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA). In addition, totals are included for the first fifty (50) generation, management or final disposal facilities in each state and Puerto Rico.

Objective:

Provide information to the public about the generation, management, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste that is regulated by Subtitle C of the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
