It provides the prevalence of several health conditions in the population aged 18 and over, such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, myocardial infarction, cholesterol; statistics on behavioral risk factors, such as fruit consumption, physical activity, tobacco use, weight, access to health services and health plans; and other demographic variables, such as age, sex, education and race. The data is collected through a telephone household survey.
