Biannual report for each state and Puerto Rico that contains data related to the generation, management and final disposal of total hazardous waste that is regulated by the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA). In addition, totals are included for the first fifty (50) generation, management or final disposal facilities in each state and Puerto Rico.

Report prepared by the Environmental Quality Board in compliance with the Federal Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2000 informing the public of the presence of high levels of pathogens in recreational coastal waters, which could endanger human health. In the case of Puerto Rico, the parameter used to evaluate water quality on beaches is the level of enterococci. If the level of enterococcus concentration for a beach exceeds the “Beach Action Value” of 70 colonies per 100 milliliters of water (colonies /100mL), authorities will be required to alert the public to the risk of the same.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency collects information on the presence of six pollutants (Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Ozone, Sulfur Dioxide, and “Particulate Matter”) in the air through dozens of measurement stations in Puerto Rico. It includes data for Puerto Rico, for several municipalities and for several statistical areas. This data is disclosed through four sections:
1) Air Quality Statistics Report: Provides statistics on the maximum value of the presence of each pollutant at all measurement stations located in the geographical area for one year.
2) Monitor Values Report: Provides statistics on the maximum value of the presence of each contaminant at each measurement station for one year.
3) Air Quality Index Report: Provides the Air Quality Index, which is an aggregated indicator of air quality that takes into account the presence of the six pollutants.
Specifically, the Air Quality Index is the maximum value obtained among all the pollutants, in a specific place. This section provides summary data for the Air Quality Index, such as the number of days in the year when the Index was so high that it is considered “very unhealthy” for a specific geographical area, and the maximum value obtained from the Index during the year.4) Air Quality Index Daily Values Report: Provides the daily value of the Air Quality Index and its components for a specific geographical area.
The OPP statistical report will be a product of the Electronic Patient System (SEPP). The SEPP database is fed directly based on interventions made by guidance officers, grievance officers and mediators, as well as other authorized personnel from the Office of the Assistant Attorney for Programmatic Affairs and the Office of the Assistant Attorney for Legal Affairs. A statistical report will be produced from the SEPP, which can be generated monthly, quarterly or annually, as required by senior management. The statistical report will be extracted from the SEPP database, which consists of multiple screens that together will result in a summary of reports and statistics of OPP interventions in the registration, care, investigation and resolution of complaints as stipulated in Law 77-2013, which creates the Office of the Patient Attorney and Law 194-2000, which establishes the “Charter of Patient Rights and Responsibilities”.

Five-year report with statistics on water use in Puerto Rico and the United States. The estimates are by water source (surface water and groundwater, both fresh and salt) and categories of uses (public supply, domestic use, irrigation, livestock, aquaculture, industrial, mining, and thermoelectric plants).
It includes the month and amount of payment of property contributions.
This report provides data for the different tax categories, with their respective criteria. Data on the number of units by tax category and the collections for each of these are broken down, as well as aggregated data by fiscal year.
It presents information extracted from the annual reports of insurers filed with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, an analysis of insurance carried out in Puerto Rico, and a demonstration of insurers authorized to contract insurance businesses in Puerto Rico, including address, date of authorization, classes of insurance contracted, funds, deposits for the benefit of policyholders in Puerto Rico, and how they have been invested.
It presents financial and operational information on life and disability insurers, property and contingency insurers, and health service organizations operating on the Island. It includes the amount of premiums issued, benefits and commissions, insured surpluses, total assets, total liabilities, and others. The information presented is provided by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

The report includes monthly estimates of the hotel occupancy rate (including the number of rooms-nights occupied and the number of rooms-nights available), as well as the average rates for renting a room, broken down between hotels in the San Juan Metropolitan Area and hotels outside the Metropolitan Area. These estimates come from the Tourism Company's Daily Survey. This Survey collects a non-probabilistic sample of hotels in the Company's Monthly Survey every business day. For more information on the Monthly Survey, see the PRTC Monthly Statistic Report. The Daily Survey sample includes 33 of the largest hotels endorsed by the Tourism Company, which represent 65 percent of the rooms. The Daily Survey allows the Company to monitor business conditions in hotels in a more timely and frequent manner, for example, including the ability to measure business conditions over long weekends. The data in this report are published to provide more timely estimates than can be obtained from the PRTC Monthly Statistic Report. For this purpose, they are presented on a monthly basis. However, the data are not comparable with the results of the PRTC Monthly Statistic Report: historically, the occupancy rate and the average rates of the Daily Survey are higher than the corresponding estimates of the Monthly Survey.

The statistics are broken down by geographic region (Aguadilla, Arecibo, Bayamon, Caguas, Fajardo, Guayama, Mayaguez, Ponce and San Juan), by business size (Quarterly Payroll of less than $20,000, Quarterly Payroll between $20,000 and $250,000, and Quarterly Payroll greater than $250,000), and by categories in the retail sector of the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC).

These are: energy conservation and efficiency; energy autonomy; efficient electrical service; and transportation. The data included in the report correspond to the calendar year prior to its publication.
Net income from agriculture is a measure of production that reflects the value added in the agricultural sector to raw materials obtained from other sectors, such as livestock feed, fertilizers, seeds, materials and other expenses.
It is a detailed report broken down by region, municipality and entity, where a breakdown of the rations served and the average daily rations are reported.
The report presents local production, imports, exports, quantity available for consumption, consumption per capita and the percentage of the availability of consumption.
The Census of Agriculture is conducted every 5 years, in the years ending in 2 and 7, in collaboration with the Agricultural Extension Service of the University of Puerto Rico. The three main groups of tables presented in this report are: 1) Puerto Rico: Tables 1 to 21 provide statistics on the information collected for all farms. Most of the information presented in these tables is accompanied by historical data from the 2002 census. 2) Municipalities: Tables 22 to 76 provide detailed statistics by municipality. 3) Summary: Tables 77 to 82 show more detailed information about farms or the characteristics of the farmer. The information in these tables is classified by the farmer's tenure, type of organization, primary occupation and age of the farmer, size of the farm, market value of the agricultural products sold, and the type of farm. Inventories of animals, birds, machinery, equipment, buildings, facilities and the number of families of aggregates or sharecroppers reflect the quantities existing at the end of the year. Information on crops, sales of crops and animals, and on income, production expenses, employees, irrigation, total rope and tenure refer to the calendar year. Conducting the Census of Agriculture is a requirement under the “Agriculture Census Act of 1997,” Public Law 105-113 (Title 7, United States Code, Section 2204g).
A three-year statistical report that makes known to the public the level of commercial fishing that occurs in the territorial waters of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The DRNA collects data from the fishermen themselves, from the fishmongers and from the fishermen's associations. It is done as part of compliance with the PR Fisheries Act (Act No. 278 of 1998).

The water balance is established considering the production of AAA minus the consumption authorized to calculate the losses. Authorized consumption includes the entire volume of water that was used with authorization from the AAA. This volume can be billed or unbilled, just as it can be measured or estimated. Authorized uses include water served to customers and water used for system maintenance, among others. Total water loss is composed of physical losses and business losses. Business losses include unauthorized uses, measurement inaccuracies, and data errors. Physical losses include tank leaks and overflows.
The Gross Agricultural Income report presents production, price and value data by agricultural line. Prices are an annual average at farm level. These data are obtained through about 15 agricultural surveys carried out by the office. These surveys are carried out by direct interview with the farmer.

The Index of Coincident Indicators in Manufacturing is a numeric index composed of different indicators of high significance in the economic structure of the manufacturing sector and based on a methodological and empirical basis in the development of high-frequency (monthly) indicators to measure the Economic State of a sector or of the economy in general. The formula is based on the standard methodology developed by the Federal Department of Commerce and which was expanded and revised by the Conference Board, the leading entity in charge of computing composite indices in the United States and for other countries. The index is seasonally adjusted, allowing for monthly comparisons, as well as being adjusted for prices (those components expressed in monetary terms), productivity and technological changes. The index dates from 1960 to the present.
It includes the number of facilities by number of employees, by industry (North American Industrial Classification System in 6 figures), and by salary. To maintain the confidentiality of individual employers, since 2007, all products reflect the infusion of noise as well as the suppression of values. The week of March 12 is used as a reference period.
The Economic Census is conducted every 5 years, in the years ending in 2 and 7. Your results aren't published all at once. It is being published in parts, as available: Manufacturing, Construction and Series by Geographic Area. It covers approximately 96% of the entire economy. To have a complete profile of the economy, it is necessary to complement it with the Census of Agriculture.
