A descriptive percentage analysis of the data on programmatic supply and public attendance is presented. The Office of Rental and Programming collects data regarding the total number of functions and their attendance and the student functions with their assistance. Data are also presented on the distribution of performances by genre and on the public's preference as to where to buy their tickets. Finally, the percentage distribution of functions of Non-Profit Organizations and For-Profit Organizations is presented. Comparative tables are included for FY 2013 - 2014 and FY 2014 - 2015. The data on the total number of functions, the type of functions and the type of organization are collected in Excel tables from contracts to producers; attendance at the theatres is counted by admission tickets by the ushers and compiled in tables. The purchase of tickets through the screen by a program that classifies them at the time of purchase.
1) Collect monthly and annual public attendance at the Rooms of the Puerto Rico Fine Arts Center, so that we can identify the months with the highest attendance and meet annual attendance expectations.
2) Compile the annual gender distribution of functions, so that we identify the public's preference. 3. Identify the public's preference in how they buy tickets.
