It includes:
1) The entity's budget for the fiscal year, classified by source of funds (General Fund, Special Allocations, Own Income, State Special Funds, Other Income and Other Funds).
2) The entity's budget allocated to payroll and related costs for the fiscal year, classified by source of funds.
3) Cumulative disbursements in the fiscal year up to the reference month in payroll and related costs, classified by source of funds.
4) Number of authorized positions, positions occupied, vacant positions by type of position (Regular Career, Probationary Career, Transitional, Irregular, Trust with the right to reinstatement, Trust without the right to reinstatement, and Others) at the beginning and end of the reference month.
5) Number of posts created and posts eliminated during the reference month, by type of position.
6) Number of appointments and separations by type of position.
7) Number of positions whose rankings were changed.
8) Number of positions with employees on unpaid and other leave.
9) Number of positions with employees reported to the State Insurance Fund.
10) Number of positions with prominent employees.
1) Provide the Government with accessible, accurate and up-to-date information on occupied and vacant positions, and the expenditure of government payroll, among other information on entities that are part of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, including public corporations and their subsidiaries, municipalities, special and municipal corporations and consortiums
2) Promote transparency and trust in government transactions
3) Act as a mechanism for reporting and controlling posts and payroll spending with their related costs
4) Serve as an instrument to facilitate the ministerial oversight function performed by the Office of the Comptroller.
