It breaks down characteristics such as: the type of position (career, trust without the right to reinstatement, trust with the right to reinstatement, temporary, irregular and others), employee gender, working hours, educational attainment, people with disabilities, reasonable accommodation, active retirees, hourly compensation, years of service in the Government, age. Personnel transactions include information about new, reinstated, promoted, transferred, reinstated, reinstated, authorized, resigned, laid off, dismissed and retired employees.
Update the human resources management information system by updating data on the composition of the workforce in the public sector in Puerto Rico. This includes Government Agencies, Municipalities, Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch.
