Description:

It presents statistical information to evaluate the telecommunicator's performance in answering 9-1-1 calls, classifying them as 9-1-1 incidents and finally transferring them to answering agencies (if applicable). It describes the management of the fiscal year that ended. What is processed (emergencies and non-emergencies) and what is transferred to response agencies. Response agencies submit to the 9-1-1 Emergency System anything related to incidents they certify as attended to. I include a table with the indicators and the reference period.

Objective:

This report is submitted to the governor of Puerto Rico and to the presidents of the legislative bodies (Regulation No. 5303 Regulations of the Governing Board of the 9-1-1 Service, as amended) in order to provide indicators to evaluate the performance of the 9-1-1 Emergency System
