The statistical report provides information on the enrollment and attendance of students in Puerto Rico schools, the participation and results of students in the NAEP tests, and the percentage of students examined as unexamined for each grade and subject examined. In addition, information is provided on the preparation of teachers in public elementary and secondary schools in the country. Students are segregated into the following groups: all students; major ethnic groups; students with disabilities; students with language limitations in Spanish; students below the poverty and gender levels. The test proficiency levels are as follows: Basic, Proficient, Advanced. Finally, the report presents economic indicators used to determine Adequate Annual Progress.
