It statistically describes the provision of health services offered to the confined during the 2013-2014 fiscal year. Health services are offered to the inmate from the moment they enter the Correctional System. After being placed in living areas, the confined can access outpatient health services, including general medicine services, internal medicine for chronic conditions, dental and mental health services. Another model was the psychiatric evaluation and treatment service through the telepsychiatry system. On the other hand, considering the need to address the health problems caused by the withdrawal to the use of addictive substances faced by many of those confined during their admission to the system, CHSC implemented the concept of outpatient detoxification that offers this service through three units located in the Correctional Complexes of Bayamón, Guerrero and Ponce.

At the moment, this report summarizes the data that the Puerto Rico Department of Education sends to the United States Department of Education through file N032. The report consists of an Excel table with the number of students identified as' dropouts', following how this term is defined by the United States Department of Education.
