Description:

The report provides epidemiological information on cases of dengue and hemorrhagic dengue on the island, reported through the passive dengue surveillance system. It includes information on current and historical cases for the reference period, geographical distribution, weekly and cumulative cases of dengue, as well as laboratory-confirmed cases. Finally, information is presented on the serotypes of dengue identified, which have caused infection in the past few weeks.

Objective:

Provide weekly information on suspected (presumed) and confirmed cases of dengue fever in Puerto Rico.
