Description:

The report contains the number of requests for administrative remedies filed, in process, resolved and dismissed. It also contains a breakdown of the main causes for which members of the correctional population make their claims.

Objective:

1) Provide information related to administrative remedies filed by members of the correctional population.

2) Evaluate the types of established remedies and their causes.

3) Provide information to develop public policy on requests for administrative remedies.

Number of prisoners sued by reason, number of decisions reached, assaults (physical - verbal)
