Description:

List of construction permit applications submitted to the OGPE through the Integrated Permit System (SIP). Variables such as case number, type of procedure, Project Type, filing date, cadastre number, address, municipality, OGPE region, case status, award status, award date, geographical coordinates, project name, public/private, rural/urban, project owner, and estimated cost are included.

Objective:

Report on construction permit applications submitted for consideration by the Office of Permit Management (OGPE). Permits granted in certain autonomous municipalities (Bayamon, Guaynabo, Carolina, Caguas, Cidra and Ponce), permits filed before 2011, and permits for use are excluded.
