It provides statistics on the registration of regular corporations and not-for-profit corporations with the State Department. It includes statistics on the opening of corporations, the closing of corporations, the certificate of compliance and the filing of the annual report.
It is made up of net income and other proceeds or resources that enter the General Fund.
