1. Provide data on the number of employees by position or rank.

3. Provide information on the number of positions held by sex in the career, trust, pre-retirement and transitory service.
4. Provide data on the highest academic degree completed by employees.
5. Evaluate trends in job occupancy by system over time.
6. Provide information to develop public policy on human resource management in the Department.
