The report presents data on complaints from employees of private companies or public corporations disaggregated by causes included in state and federal laws. The causes include: national origin, sex, race, religion, age, disability, marriage, politics, retaliation, criminal record, breastfeeding. It is produced on an annual basis, using the state fiscal year. The total number of causes is greater than the total number of complaints because a complaint can have more than one cause.
Disclose the causes identified in the complaints filed with the Anti-Discrimination Unit (UAD) of the Department of Labor and Human Resources (DTRH).
