To order the Committee on Education, Art and Culture of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico to conduct an investigation into the level of compliance of the Puerto Rico Department of Education with the provisions of Law 165-2011, with regard to School Dropout Reports.

To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.
