To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.

To implement the Plan to Quantify Unpaid Work in Puerto Rico; create the Special Committee to Quantify Time Use in Puerto Rico; order the Committee to carry out a Time Use Survey; establish the functions, purpose and composition of the Committee; and order the Committee to quantify the magnitude of unpaid work, analyze the gender disparity in participation in unpaid work, study demographic and social variables that affect the disparity of participation in unpaid work, and quantify the value of unpaid work within the Gross National Product.

To amend Article 5 of Law 97 - 2018, known as the “Bill of Rights of People with Down Syndrome”, in order to impose on the Department of Health the obligation to establish a permanent external clinic, aimed at providing all the necessary and indispensable services for the full care and treatment of people aged zero (0) and older, with the condition of Down Syndrome; to provide for the creation and management of a registry of people with Down Syndrome, in order for the State to maintain statistics officers and create a profile of the cases that exist in Puerto Rico with this condition; and for other related purposes.

To order the Committee on Consumer Affairs and Anti-Monopoly Practices, and the Committee on Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs, of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to carry out an exhaustive investigation to evaluate the costs, rates and conditions proposed and imposed by shipping companies that offer haulage services for importing food into Puerto Rico.
