To implement the Plan to Quantify Unpaid Work in Puerto Rico; create the Special Committee to Quantify Time Use in Puerto Rico; order the Committee to carry out a Time Use Survey; establish the functions, purpose and composition of the Committee; and order the Committee to quantify the magnitude of unpaid work, analyze the gender disparity in participation in unpaid work, study demographic and social variables that affect the disparity of participation in unpaid work, and quantify the value of unpaid work within the Gross National Product; and for other related purposes.

To add a new paragraph (l), and to redesignate the current paragraph (l), as (m), in Article 8 of Law 76‐2013, known as the “Law of the Attorney for the Elderly of Puerto Rico”, in order to add new functions and duties to the Office of the Attorney for the Elderly, in response to the dramatic increase in grandparents raising grandchildren; and for other related purposes.

To establish the obligation of all private schools as a prerequisite for obtaining or renewing their license to operate within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to submit evidence of having submitted the Statistical Data Form to the Puerto Rico Board of Education, which is submitted annually to private schools in Puerto Rico to be completed by them; establish the obligation to the State Office for Head Start Collaboration (OECHS) of the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico; require that once they are once both the Public and Private School Profile and the Head Start Program Information Report (PIR) are completed, be sent both to the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics and to the Secretaries of the House of Representatives and the Senate of Puerto Rico; and establish the obligation of the Department of Education to annually submit a Report to the House of Representatives and the Senate of Puerto Rico from the informatics

To create the “Law for the Establishment of the Unified System for Reporting Incidents of Gender-based Violence in Puerto Rico”, for the purpose of developing a standardized digital platform for the collection, analysis and monitoring of data on gender-based violence; to provide for the interagency integration of data from the Puerto Rico Police, the Department of Justice, the Department of Family, the Department of Health, the Office of the Women's Attorney and the Judiciary; and for other related purposes.
