To amend paragraph (f) of Act No. 209 of August 28, 2003, as amended, known as the “Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics Act”, so that all agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are required to send within sixty (60) days to the Institute any publication of statistical reports they produce, in order to be incorporated into the Puerto Rico Statistics Inventory; and for other related purposes.

To order the Committee on Economic Development, Planning, Telecommunications, Public-Private Partnerships and Energy of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives to conduct ongoing research on the strategies and recommendations contained in the report entitled “Progress of Initiatives Aimed at Reversing the Trend of Population Reduction in Puerto Rico”, submitted to the House of Representatives on August 13, 2019, as amended; and for other related purposes.

To amend Article 13 of Law 209-2003, as amended, known as the “Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics Act”, for the purpose of ordering all governmental entities of the Government of Puerto Rico, municipalities and public corporations to make all their financial information available to citizens on the official website of the Institute of Statistics, in compliance with the public policy of transparency and openness of information; validity and; for other related purposes.
