Fecha: 7 de marzo de 2017R. del S. 25: Para ordenar a la Comisión de Revitalización Social y Económica del Senado de Puerto Rico llevar a cabo un minucioso y abarcador estudio, que incluya, un inventario de los decretos de incentivos contributivos otorgados en Puerto Rico, y que se encuentran vigentes, al amparo de la Ley 135-1997, Ley de Incentivos Contributivos de 1998, la Ley 73-2008, según enmendada, Ley de Incentivos Económicos para el Desarrollo de Puerto Rico, la Ley 83-2010, Ley de Incentivos de Energía Verde de Puerto Rico, la Ley 20-2012, Ley de Incentivos para Negocios de Exportación de Servicios en Puerto Rico, la Ley 22-2012, Ley de Nuevos Residentes Inversionistas, Ley 187-2015, Ley del Portal Interagencial de Validación para la Concesión de Incentivos para el Desarrollo Económico de Puerto Rico, y otras leyes vigentes que tengan el fin de otorgar incentivos contributivos, a fin de medir su impacto en la economía de Puerto Rico en comparación con su impacto fiscal en las arcas del Gobierno de Puerto Rico.

Date: May 12, 2023 R. del S. 1159: To amend Section 10 of Law 15 of April 14, 1931, as amended, known as the “Organic Law of the Department of Labor and Human Resources of Puerto Rico”, in order to commission the conduct of a time-use survey among the surveys implemented by the Department of Labor and Human Resources; and for other related purposes.
Date: May 12, 2025 P. of C. 561: To amend Article 3 of Law No. 209-2003, as amended, known as the “Puerto Rico Statistics Institute Act”, and Article 5 of Law No. 3-2017, as amended, known as the “Act to Address the Economic, Fiscal and Budgetary Crisis to Ensure the Functioning of the Government of Puerto Rico”, in order to preserve and guarantee the administrative and fiscal autonomy of the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute; update certain legal provisions and make some technical corrections.
Fecha: 24 de febrero de 2017Para enmendar los Artículos 6 (i) y 13 de la Ley Núm. 209-2003, según enmendada, conocida como la Ley del Instituto de Estadísticas de Puerto Rico, a los fines de disponer que elmáximo a pagar por multas administrativas que la Ley autoriza se regirá según las disposiciones sobre penas administrativas establecidas en la Ley Núm. 170 de 12 de agosto de 1988, segúnenmendada, mejor conocida como Ley de Procedimientos Administrativos Uniforme; y otros fines relacionados.
