To create the “Puerto Rico Creative Industries Act”; add a subparagraph (r) to Article 8 of Act No. 188 of May 11, 1942, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company Act; add a subparagraph (ff) to Article 5.01 of Act No. 83? 1991, as amended, known as the Municipal Property Contribution Act of 1991; and for other related purposes.

To amend Article 5 of Law 143? 2014, “Protocol Act to Ensure Effective Communication Between the Security Components of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Criminal Justice Information System”, to include the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute as a member of the Intergovernmental Committee on the Criminal Justice Information System; and for other necessary and related purposes.

To create a permanent commission called the Commission for Municipal Quality of Life Indices, attached to the Legislative Assembly, which will be responsible for establishing, measuring, calibrating and publishing every two years a quality of life index for each municipality in Puerto Rico.
