Fecha: 19 de septiembre de 2013Para establecer la “Ley para la Prevención y Manejo del Acoso Cibernético”; enmendar los Artículos 175 y 208 de la Ley Núm. 146?2012, según enmendada; enmendar el Artículo 4 de la Ley Núm. 284?1999, según enmendada; enmendar el Artículo 2 de la Ley Núm. 121 de 12 de julio de 1986; enmendar el inciso (q) del Artículo 1.3 de la Ley Núm. 54 de 15 de agosto de 1989, según enmendada; añadir los incisos (39) y (40) a la Regla 308 de las Reglas de Evidencia de 2009; y enmendar el Artículo 3 de la Ley Núm. 256?2012, a los fines de prevenir, intervenir y erradicar esta manifestación de violencia.

To create the “Puerto Rico Financial Transparency Act” for the purpose of government agencies, public corporations and municipalities establishing a collaborative agreement with the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics to join its financial transparency platform.
