To order each Puerto Rico Municipality to appoint, within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, at least one official to collaborate and liaise with the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute in everything related to the planning, preparation and/or execution of the 2020 Census and other related programs of the United States Census Bureau; and for other related purposes

To order the Commissions on Human Rights and Labor Affairs; and on Municipal Affairs and Housing of the Senate of Puerto Rico to conduct an investigation from a human rights perspective on the housing conditions of the population of Puerto Rico, including, but not limited to, families living in informal or illegal housing; the risks they face in terms of physical security in their home and possible loss of their home; how other human rights such as access to water and health are affected as a result of the above; the legal, financial and programmatic alternatives available for families to obtain their own homes; and any other mechanism that seeks to guarantee the human right to decent and safe housing for all people living in the archipelago of Puerto Rico.
