To create the “Act for the Establishment of a Multisectoral, Uniform and Coordinated Stroke Management System in Puerto Rico”; which establishes public policy for the care of this condition within our jurisdiction; designate the Department of Health of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as the leading agency in the development, implementation, oversight and enforcement of the public policy required by this Act; establish the Multidisciplinary Public Policy Committee on the management and care of cerebrovascular accidents (“Stroke”); and for other related purposes.

Date: July 29, 2025 P. of C. 669: To create the “Law for Access to Information on Childbirth Statistics in Puerto Rico”.

To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.

To create the “Act on the Registration of Older Adults Living Alone and Bedridden Persons”; to provide for its implementation and purposes; and for other related purposes.
