To amend Article 10 of Act No. 15 of April 14, 1931, as amended, known as the “Organic Law of the Department of Labor and Human Resources”, to include the measurement of food safety in the surveys carried out by the Bureau of Statistics; and for other related purposes.
To order each Puerto Rico Municipality to appoint, within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, at least one official to collaborate and liaise with the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute in everything related to the planning, preparation and/or execution of the 2020 Census and other related programs of the United States Census Bureau; and for other related purposes

To amend Article 2.02 of Law 168-2019, known as the “Weapons Act of 2020”, as amended, to set limits on the number of ammunition that can be purchased in a calendar year and to amend the amount of ammunition purchased by a person that will activate the duty of armories to notify the Arms License Office of the Police Bureau, as well as the powers of the Police to investigate buyers of the ammunition.
