Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Puertos del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico que destine los recursos necesarios para recopilar, organizar y publicar las estadísticas sobre tráfico de pasajeros de todas las instalaciones portuarias dentro del Estado Libre Asociado, incluyendo los municipios de Vieques y Culebra, que posean la capacidad de permitir el transporte hacia dentro o fuera de los límites geográficos de Puerto Rico.

To add a new Article 3.6, renumber the current Articles 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11, such as Articles 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12, respectively, add a new subparagraph (5) to paragraph (C) of the re-enumerated Article 3.8 of Act No. 54 of August 15, 1989, as amended, known as the “Act for the Prevention and Intervention against Domestic Violence”, in order to establish that every person convicted by the provisions of this mandate, must have a mandatory program to complete reeducation and retraining for to enable their rehabilitation for gender-based violence, before the consummation of their sentence; to extend the above-mentioned requirement to condition access to the privilege of parole on the fact that the person convicted of this type of abuse has completed the mandatory program created by virtue of this statute; and for other related purposes.

To add the new subparagraphs (a) and (q) and renumber the current subparagraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (f), (g), (h), (i), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p) and (q) as subparagraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p), (q) and (s) of Article 1.3; amend Article 2.03; add the new paragraphs (3) and (9) and re-list the current paragraphs (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8), such as paragraphs (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (10) of Article 3.11 of Act No. 54 August 15, 1989, as amended, for the purpose of recognizing active empowerment of minors, who are experiencing a manifestation of violence, inequity or intimidation within a couple's relationship, to claim, before the appropriate authorities, an order of protection, without the need to receive the consent of their parent with parental authority, their legal guardian or the appearance of a judicial defender who provides them with legal capacity to claim the remedy that is appropriate in law;...
