To order the Department of the Family, the Department of Education, the Mental Health and Counteraddiction Administration, the Department of Health and the Puerto Rico Police to establish, within a period of no more than 60 days, an emergency plan to address the crisis of child abuse and abuse in Puerto Rico, including a continuing education campaign in the media and on the social networks of the agencies; to order the Statistics Institute of Puerto Rico to enter into collaboration agreements with the Department of the Family and the Puerto Rico Police to publish an Annual Child Abuse Profile, within 180 days; to order the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Bureau to call on technology companies and telecommunications providers to take steps to ensure the safety of children in cyberspace, provide children with access to toll-free helplines, use their platforms to promote campaigns to prevent child abuse and abuse; order the Department of Housing to start educational campaigns and offer workshops on guidance on child abuse and maltreatment for all residents and participants in their programs; and for other purposes.

To amend paragraph (d) of Article 8 of Law 78? 2013, known as the “Law of the Attorney for Persons with Disabilities of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico” for the purpose of expressly including within the duties and responsibilities of that office the creation of an Integrated Labor Compliance System, which will serve as a continuous instrument for monitoring and adjusting public policy, programs, benefits, resources, incentives and services for people with disabilities in the area of employment and in business, commercial, cooperative opportunities and related economic activities, public or private; as well as for other purposes.
To amend Articles 3, 10, 12 and 13 of Law No. 20-2012, as amended, known as the “Act to Encourage the Export of Services” in order to include medical tourism services and telemedicine facilities as part of the services eligible under the Act; to eliminate bureaucratic restrictions and requirements that limit the granting of tax incentives to applicants for these, in order to promote greater participation of those who wish to invest to export their services outside the Island, in order to promote economic development of Puerto Rico; and for other related purposes.
To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.
