Fecha: 3 de marzo de 2014Para enmendar el Artículo 2; añadir unos nuevos sub incisos (l), (m), (n) y (o) alinciso (d) y se enmienda el inciso (e) del Artículo 3; y enmendar el Artículo 6 de la Ley Núm. 199?2010, conocida como la “Ley del Reto Demográfico”, a los fines de incluir a la Oficina del Procurador de las Personas de Edad Avanzada, a la Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto y al Instituto de Estadísticas de Puerto Rico entre las entidades gubernamentales y privadas que componen el Comité Multisectorial y Multidisciplinario de gobierno, academia y empresa privada; y para otros fines.

To amend Article 10 of Law No. 81 of March 14, 1912, as amended, known as the “Organic Law of the Department of Health”; to amend Article 6 and 13 of Law No. 209-2003, as amended, known as the “Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics Act”, in order to establish guarantees for the management and delivery of vital statistics, between the Department of Health and the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics; create a special provision for the management and delivery of vital statistics between the Department of Health and the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute when there is a declaration of emergency, and for other related purposes.
