Data comes to life when it is put to work for our people!

With great enthusiasm and in collaboration with the Municipality of Vega Baja, the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics held the presentation "Sociodemographic, Economic, and Health Aspects of the Municipality of Vega Baja" at the Museo y Casa Portela. In a dynamic and enriching environment, Statistical Project Manager Dr. Ronald Hernández Maldonado and Statistical Project Assistant Lanselotte Oliveras Vega shared valuable, practical, and objective information designed to drive decision-making for municipal officials, business owners, students, and community leaders. Through this vibrant meeting, we reaffirm that bringing rigorous, reliable, and accessible statistics directly to our communities not only transforms local realities but also inspires us to build a stronger and brighter future together.
