To amend Article 1.3 of Act No. 54 of August 15, 1989, also known as the “Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Act”, to recognize economic violence as a form of domestic violence; to order the Office of the Women's Attorney, Department of Family; Department of Justice; Department of Education; Department of Housing; Department of Economic Development; Department of Health; Department of Health; Police Negotiate; and Statistics Institute to take affirmative action to ensure dissemination and compliance with public policy against this and all other manifestations of domestic violence; and for other relevant purposes.

To amend Article 6.25 of Act No. 168-2019 known as the “Puerto Rico Weapons Act of 2020” and establish the duty of a licensed citizen to register the weapons or part of a weapon with serial number, marks or printed symbols that he acquires; to establish penalties and for other related purposes.

To create the "Act for the Registry of Persons with Hearing Impairments in Puerto Rico," for the purpose of establishing an official registry that collects and maintains statistical information on persons with hearing impairments in Puerto Rico; to provide for its administration and objectives; to establish guidelines for its implementation; and for other related purposes.

To order the Committee on Economic Development, Planning, Telecommunications, Public-Private Partnerships and Energy, of the House of Representatives of the Government of Puerto Rico, to conduct research on present and future plans related to the economic and social resources of our government, including municipalities, designed to meet the needs of our aging population. This will include, but not be limited to, health, housing, safety and other issues.
