Fecha: 24 de febrero de 2017P. del S. 15: Para añadir un nuevo Artículo 20 de la Ley Núm. 209-2003, según enmendada, conocida como la Ley del Instituto de Estadísticas de Puerto Rico, a los fines de disponer por ley elPrograma de Academias y Talleres del Instituto de Estadísticas de Puerto Rico; establecer un sistema de certificación de la educación continua como requisito para ocupar y permanecer en uncargo o puesto, u ofrecer consultoría o asesoramiento externa, con la responsabilidad de colaborar o recopilar datos o elaborar productos estadísticos en las unidades estadísticas de los organismosgubernamentales; corregir un error técnico en el inciso (i) del Artículo 5 de la citada Ley; reenumerar los subsiguientes artículos; y para otros fines.

Fecha: 1 de junio de 2010Para requerir al Superintendente de la Policía de Puerto Rico que someta un informe mensual, incluyendo y actualizando cada mes, información relativa a las estadísticas de Delitos Tipo 1 cometidos, a fin de brindar a la Asamblea Legislativa información certera sobre donde se cometen los delitos para poder tomar medidas continúas para combatir el crimen, y para otros fines relacionados.

To amend Article 21 of Law 209-2003, as amended, known as the PR Institute of Statistics Act, to provide that the Governor will include in the model budget the calculations for the current expenses of the IEPR, without reviewing them, to guarantee its fiscal stability in harmony with autonomy.
