To create the “Puerto Rico Tourism Satellite Account System Act” to present fundamental economic information on the impact of tourism in relation to Gross Domestic Product, gross value added, employment, taxation and the direct and indirect value that tourism brings to the economy of Puerto Rico, in order to develop policies aimed at boosting and developing the tourism sector in Puerto Rico.

To amend Article 1.3 of Act No. 54 of August 15, 1989, also known as the “Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Act”, to recognize economic violence as a form of domestic violence; to order the Office of the Women's Attorney, Department of Family; Department of Justice; Department of Education; Department of Housing; Department of Economic Development; Department of Health; Department of Health; Police Negotiate; and Statistics Institute to take affirmative action to ensure dissemination and compliance with public policy against this and all other manifestations of domestic violence; and for other relevant purposes.

To order the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute, in coordination with the Puerto Rico Police, to develop and implement a “georeferencing” or “crimespotting” program on interactive crime maps that provide information on the location of criminal activity as a tool to promote access to reliable information about the crime incidence in our communities and strengthen the development of effective strategies to address citizen security problems at the local level; and for other purposes.

To establish the “Law for the Prevention and Management of Cyberbullying”; amend Articles 175 and 208 of Act No. 146? 2012, as amended; amend Article 4 of Act No. 284? 1999, as amended; amend Article 2 of Act No. 121 of July 12, 1986; amend paragraph (q) of Article 1.3 of Act No. 54 of August 15, 1989, as amended; add subparagraphs (39) and (40) to Rule 308 of the 2009 Rules of Evidence; and amend Article 3 of Act No. 256? 2012, in order to prevent, intervene and eradicate this manifestation of violence.
