Dr. Orville M. Disdier, Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics, was a keynote speaker at the first BanCoop Executive Forum. Let us use that information to become the cooperative leaders Puerto Rico will need tomorrow, starting right now,” Disdier noted at the conclusion of his presentation.
