The 2020-2021 academic year was one of continuous challenges where the University of Puerto Rico continued to provide its academic offer and support services, mostly assisted by technology, due to the emergency caused by COVID-19 both in Puerto Rico and worldwide. This modality of offering face-to-face services, often remotely, caused changes in the way in which the University of Puerto Rico usually carries out its academic semesters, its administrative processes and student services. Recognizing the importance of evaluation to strengthen offerings and services, the Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs and Research (VPAAI) conducted a study on students' perception of the services they received during the 2020-2021 academic year. The results of this assessment are presented below
Analyze students' perception of the support services received during the 2020-2021 academic year at the University of Puerto Rico to identify areas of strengthening the offerings and services.
