To establish the “Act to Declare a State of Emergency for Child Violence in Puerto Rico”, for the purpose of declaring a state of emergency for child violence, in accordance with the provisions and terms established by this Act; and for other related purposes.

To order the Government Committee of the Senate of Puerto Rico to carry out a comprehensive investigation into the management of the Government of Puerto Rico and its instrumentalities in the preparation of the 2020 Census, evaluate the results of the tests carried out, and evaluate the initiatives taken by all its instruments to proactively address the challenges presented to us by the dramatic decline in population that occurred after the passage of Hurricane María and in the management and use of census information.

To order the Puerto Rico Senate's Committee on Economic Development, Small Business, Banking, Commerce, Insurance and Cooperativism to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the effectiveness of the tax incentives offered by the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO); to evaluate the real impact of such incentives on job creation, regional economic development, attracting investment, and strengthening specific industrial sectors; and for other related purposes.
