To order the Integrated Development and Public Funds Oversight Commission of the Western Region of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico to conduct an investigation in relation to the population density in the municipalities of Mayagüez and San Germán, the birth rate compared to other decades and the emigration of people from these towns to other places in Puerto Rico or outside the island; in order to verify if there is depopulation, depopulation or any other phenomenon; if there is, identify governmental or legislative alternatives to prevent population loss in these towns and their communities; and for other related purposes.

To order the Puerto Rico Department of Health to amend regulation 9184, to require doctors who provide direct health services in the emergency room, in hospitals or the primary level, three (3) credit hours in each period of continuing education on issues of sexual violence.

To amend paragraph (j) of Article 4 of Act No. 77 of June 19, 1979, as amended, known as the “Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration Act”, in order to grant the Agency the responsibility of promoting the full inclusion of Puerto Rico in all national statistics produced by Federal Government agencies and non-governmental organizations that receive federal funds, in order to have measurement mechanisms to compare the development of the Island with that of the continental United States.
