To amend Article 2.01 of Law 122-2017, as amended, known as the “New Government of Puerto Rico Act”, to include the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute among the entities exempt from the provisions of this Act; and for other related purposes.

To order the Government Committee of the Senate of Puerto Rico to carry out a comprehensive investigation into the management of the Government of Puerto Rico and its instrumentalities in the preparation of the 2020 Census, evaluate the results of the tests carried out, and evaluate the initiatives taken by all its instruments to proactively address the challenges presented to us by the dramatic decline in population that occurred after the passage of Hurricane María and in the management and use of census information.
