To order the Department of Health, the Department of Family and the Department of Education to carry out a statistical study on how many people have been diagnosed with the condition of autism in Puerto Rico who receive services from these Departments and for the creation of a permanent registry, for those purposes.

To amend Article 2.02 of Law 168-2019, known as the “Weapons Act of 2020”, as amended, to set limits on the number of ammunition that can be purchased in a calendar year and to amend the amount of ammunition purchased by a person that will activate the duty of armories to notify the Arms License Office of the Police Bureau, as well as the powers of the Police to investigate buyers of the ammunition.

To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.
