To order the Social Development Commission? Economic and Planning and to the Committee on Consumer Affairs and Anti-Consumer Practices? monopolistic, of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to carry out research on possible market saturation, in the retail sales sectors, and its effects on the Puerto Rican economy; and for other related purposes.

To order the Committee on Social and Economic Revitalization of the Senate of Puerto Rico to carry out a thorough and comprehensive study, including, an inventory of the tax incentive decrees granted in Puerto Rico, and which are in force, under Act 135-1997, Tax Incentives Act of 1998, Act 73-2008, as amended, Act on Economic Incentives for the Development of Puerto Rico, Act 83-2010, Law on Green Energy Incentives of Puerto Rico, Act 20-2012, Incentives for Export Businesses Services in Puerto Rico, Law 22-2012, New Resident Investor Act, Act 187-2015, the Interagency Validation Portal Act for Granting Incentives for Economic Development in Puerto Rico, and other existing laws that are intended to provide tax incentives, in order to measure their impact on the economy of Puerto Rico compared to their fiscal impact on the coffers of the Government of Puerto Rico.

To order the Health Commission and the Labor Affairs Committee to investigate and evaluate compliance with Act No. 82 of May 31, 1972, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Examination Board and Association of Nutritionists and Dieticians Act; the need to review and update the salary scales and remuneration of nutritionists-dieticians who work in the government; to investigate other issues relevant to this group of professionals; and for other related purposes.
