To order the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute, in coordination with the Puerto Rico Police, to develop and implement a “georeferencing” or “crimespotting” program on interactive crime maps that provide information on the location of criminal activity as a tool to promote access to reliable information about the crime incidence in our communities and strengthen the development of effective strategies to address citizen security problems at the local level; and for other purposes.

C. del S. 377: To order the Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development and Commerce to create a plan for the economic development of the Western Region of Puerto Rico, in order to encourage economic development, attract investors to the area, the rehabilitation of abandoned buildings, attract income to municipalities, increase employment and establish a sustainable economic landscape that improves the quality of life of residents of the Western zone.

To order the Health Commission and the Labor Affairs Committee to investigate and evaluate compliance with Act No. 82 of May 31, 1972, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Examination Board and Association of Nutritionists and Dieticians Act; the need to review and update the salary scales and remuneration of nutritionists-dieticians who work in the government; to investigate other issues relevant to this group of professionals; and for other related purposes.
