To add a new Article 8 and renumber the current Articles 8 and 9 as the new Articles 9 and 10 of Law 184-2012, as amended, known as the “Act for Compulsory Mediation and Preservation of Your Home in Primary Home Foreclosure Processes”, in order to promote better and greater collection and publication of statistical information on cases related to compulsory mediation; and for other related purposes.

R. C. of S. 375: To order the Department of Labor and Human Resources of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (DTRH) to comply with the provisions of Article 7 of Law 16-2017, known as the “Puerto Rico Equal Pay Act”, which requires the Department of Labor and Human Resources to begin a statistical study on wage inequality between men and women with the purpose of using the results as a starting point to measure employers' compliance with the provisions of said law.

To order the Commissions on Social Welfare and Family Affairs; and for the Development of Community Initiatives of the Senate of Puerto Rico to carry out exhaustive research on programs of the Government of Puerto Rico such as “Back to Life” and the rehabilitation programs in the United States to which the Government of Puerto Rico sends those addicted to controlled substances, the coordination process with these programs, their effectiveness, the number of people who have been sent to the United States, the follow-up given to them and the reason for sending these people out of Puerto Rico, as well as identifying the funds used to finance transportation to other states.
