To add a paragraph (1) of Article 8 of Law 209-2003, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics Act, to provide that the Board of Directors shall have as part of its duties and powers the authority to adopt the ethical standards applicable to any person who works in the statistical units of government agencies.

To order the Committee on Economic Development, Planning, Telecommunications, Public-Private Partnerships and Energy, of the House of Representatives of the Government of Puerto Rico, to conduct research on present and future plans related to the economic and social resources of our government, including municipalities, designed to meet the needs of our aging population. This will include, but not be limited to, health, housing, safety and other issues.

To create the "Act on the Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence in Educational Institutions of Puerto Rico"; to require the Puerto Rico Department of Education, as well as all private educational institutions, to establish policies incorporating ethical standards for the use of artificial intelligence; and for other related purposes.
