To create the School Evaluation and Community Integration Program, so that communities evaluate their schools, give them a grade and contribute their ideas and solutions for their improvement; and for other related purposes.

To implement the Plan to Quantify Unpaid Work in Puerto Rico; create the Special Committee to Quantify Time Use in Puerto Rico; order the Committee to carry out a Time Use Survey; establish the functions, purpose and composition of the Committee; and order the Committee to quantify the magnitude of unpaid work, analyze the gender disparity in participation in unpaid work, study demographic and social variables that affect the disparity of participation in unpaid work, and quantify the value of unpaid work within the Gross National Product; and for other related purposes.

To amend Article 5 of Law 3-2017, known as the “Act to Address the Economic, Fiscal and Budgetary Crisis to Ensure the Functioning of the Government of Puerto Rico”, in order to guarantee the autonomy of the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute in compliance with Law 209-2003, as amended.
