Electronic portal for geographical applications that integrates into a single platform (MIPR) all the official maps of the Puerto Rico Planning Board. It makes it possible to locate and evaluate environmental, physical and regulatory characteristics of any plot or place on the island. Objective:

Provide a centralized geographic analysis tool so that citizens, professionals and agencies can identify development policies, environmental restrictions and current regulations applicable to land in Puerto Rico, promoting transparency in land planning processes.

Qualification and zoning (Joint Regulations), Land Management Plans (POT), flood areas (FEMA), conservation and natural resource districts, cadastral boundaries (CRIM), established permit history (OGPe), and infrastructure layers (water, electricity, roads).
